Hi everyone,
This year I have decided not to enter competitions in kata , instead I will be entering in the fighting divisions. I'm not sure how this is going to go, but I am ready to give it my best shot.
Also I am doing a couple of sponsored charity events, one is for The British Heart Foundation, in which will take place on July 8th 2009. Myself, some family members and friends will be hiking up Mount Snowdon, anyone wishing to help us reach our target of £2000.00 for the charity, please visit my IN MEMORY OF MARK PAGE. My other charity event, will not be taking place until July 2010.This is due to me having to sort a few things out , but the charity I will be raising money for is St Thomas Hospital in London. I would like to thank everyone who has supported me, over the past few years.
